This App is a lightweight all-in-one utility toolbox developed and operated by us (hereinafter referred to as "we"), integrating more than 40 practical daily tools. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, the App Store Review Guidelines and Apple’s privacy requirements. We are committed to delivering safe, reliable and convenient services to all users.

Custom Content & Input Data: When using core tools including QR & Barcode Scanner, QR Generator, Unit Converter, Date Converter, Shopping List, Water Tracker, Password Vault and other customized functions, you may actively enter text, figures, lists, passwords, reminder content and other personalized data. Such information is solely used to fulfill the corresponding tool functions you request.
Function Preference Settings: Your selected tool categories, parameter configurations, personalized settings and operation preferences while using various utilities are applied to match your usage habits and improve overall user experience.
Manually Saved Content: Any saved lists, records, templates, passwords and local notes you create within the App will be stored locally on your device. Such content will not be uploaded to any server without your explicit consent.
(II) Special Instructions for User Input Content
All text, numbers, passwords, list content and private notes you enter while using this App are processed locally on your device. We strictly abide by personal data protection laws and regulations:
Collection Scope: We only obtain content that you actively type or save in the App, and will not proactively gather any personal data from other sources.
Usage Purpose: All input content is exclusively for supporting local operation of on-site tools, and will not be used for user profiling, identity recognition or any purposes unrelated to App functions.
Storage Rules: Your manually saved content is only kept on your local device instead of our servers. Temporary data and cache generated during tool operation will be automatically cleared after you exit the relevant function or the App.
Data Confidentiality: We will never disclose, share or distribute your manually entered private content to any third parties.

Device Information: To guarantee normal App operation, solve compatibility issues and carry out technical maintenance, we may automatically collect your device model, operating system version, App version and relevant device identifiers (such as IDFA/IDFV, which will only be collected after obtaining your authorization). Such data is used for technical optimization only and cannot be used to identify your personal identity.
Anonymous Usage Data: We collect anonymous statistics about your usage behaviors, including tool access records, function usage frequency and operation logs. All data is de-identified and unlinked to individual users, merely for analyzing product performance and upgrading functions.
Crash & Operation Logs: We may generate running logs including access time, operation steps and crash information to diagnose faults, maintain App security and optimize service quality. These logs will not be used for other unauthorized purposes.

To provide, maintain, update and optimize all built-in tools of this App, including Scan tools, Sensors, Direction tools, Calculators, Time tools, Security tools, System tools, Life tools, Fun tools and newly added utilities;

To push version updates, function adjustments, service announcements and other important notifications;

III. Local Processing and Storage of User Data
Auxent is a local-first all-in-one toolbox. Most functions run completely offline on your device:
Local Processing: All data calculation, content recognition, parameter operation and content management are completed locally on your device. We will not upload your original input content, private records and files to remote servers without your explicit permission.
Local Storage: All manually saved lists, passwords, records and personalized content are stored in your device’s local storage. We do not store your private content on our servers.
Temporary Cache Management: Temporary cache generated during tool operation is saved locally and will be automatically deleted after the task is finished or you close the App. We will not retain such temporary data.
IV. Sharing, Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information
No Unauthorized Sharing: We will not share your personal information and private content with any third parties without your explicit consent.
No Commercial Transfer: We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information for commercial purposes.
Legal Disclosure: We may disclose your information when required by applicable laws, judicial procedures or legitimate requests from competent government authorities.
Business Transfer: In the event of merger, acquisition or asset transfer, your personal information may be transferred as part of the business assets. We will issue prominent notices in advance and ensure the transferee complies with this Privacy Policy.

We will complete the deletion after identity verification, except for data required to be retained by laws. Temporary cache will be automatically cleared without extra operation.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You can revoke permission authorization for this App via the Privacy & Security settings on your Apple device or within the App. After withdrawal, we will stop collecting corresponding data, while the previous data processing based on your prior consent remains valid.
Account Related Rights: If you have registered an account, you may apply for account cancellation by contacting customer service. After account cancellation, we will delete all your associated personal information in accordance with laws, and you will no longer be able to use relevant account-based services.

This App is designed for general users aged 18 and above. We do not actively collect personal information of minors under 18 years old.
